Sample Collection Partners

For clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals and trained collectors who can take DNA samples for our clients in your country or city.

  • Collect samples to our protocol, including chain-of-custody collections for legal and immigration tests
  • Serve clients who live abroad and need a local collection point
  • Receive collection kits, guidance and support from our team
  • Be paid per completed collection, as agreed in your partner terms

DNA Service Providers & Referrers

For DNA testing providers, clinics, immigration and legal professionals, agencies and organisations that can refer clients or outsource testing.

Yes. We welcome sample collection partners, DNA service providers and referrers from any country.

No. Applying and becoming a partner is free.

You should be able to collect samples to our protocol, verify client identification, and keep proper records. We share the full requirements and provide kits and guidance during onboarding. Local licensing or accreditation requirements vary by country, so tell us what applies to you.

Rewards are paid per completed case or collection. We confirm rates with you during onboarding and set them out in your partner terms.

Client information is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of their test.
